My reactions often reveal more about the condition of my heart than about the circumstances around me.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will pause before blaming my circumstances or someone else’s behavior for my emotions. When I am disturbed, I will ask what is happening within me before I react. Honest reflection turns frustration into an opportunity for growth.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I follow Christ’s example of responding with grace instead of impulse, the Holy Spirit reveals what is happening beneath the surface of my heart. The Father is more interested in transforming my character than simply changing my circumstances.

Prayer

Father God, help me look within before I react to what is around me. Through Your Holy Spirit, reveal what needs Your healing and guidance. Shape me through the example of Jesus. Amen.
