The Stone

When God holds first place in my life, everything else finds its proper place.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will examine what has my attention, affection, and trust. Good things can become unhealthy when they take God’s place. Keeping first things first helps me live with greater clarity, peace, and purpose.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I keep my eyes on the Father, the Holy Spirit gently reorders my priorities when they begin to drift. Following Christ’s example of seeking the Father’s will above everything else, I discover that a rightly ordered heart leads to a more faithful life.

Prayer

Father God, help me keep You first in every part of my life. Through Your Holy Spirit, reorder my heart whenever it begins to wander. Shape me through the example of Jesus. Amen.
