Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will let go of the need to prove I can handle everything on my own. Strength is not found in self-sufficiency but in the humility to receive help. Accepting love and support is not weakness. It is part of healing.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I rest in the Father’s love, the Holy Spirit reminds me that I no longer have to earn what has already been freely given. Following Christ’s invitation to trust rather than strive, I find the freedom that comes from being loved before I ever deserved it.

Prayer

Father God, thank You for loving me even when I could not love myself. Through Your Holy Spirit, help me live each day in the freedom of Your grace. Shape me through the example of Jesus. Amen.
