The freedom God gives is not freedom from people, but freedom to love and connect with them.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will choose connection over isolation. Real relationships require honesty, presence, and vulnerability. The more I move beyond myself, the more room there is for meaningful bonds with others.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I move toward connection instead of isolation, the Holy Spirit draws me into deeper fellowship with God and with others. The Father created me for relationship, not loneliness, and Jesus formed a community of followers who learned and grew together. 

Prayer

Father God, free me from the bondage of self. Through Your Holy Spirit, help me build healthy and meaningful relationships. Shape my life through the example of Jesus. Amen.
