The Stone
Emotional freedom begins when I become willing to repair broken relationships and change what needs changing in myself.
Ripple One: Practical
Today, I will pay attention to areas where resentment, guilt, or unresolved conflict still affect my life. Lasting peace is rarely found by changing other people. It is often found by taking responsibility for my own attitudes, actions, and relationships.
Ripple Two: Spiritual
As I face uncomfortable truths and make amends where possible, the Holy Spirit gives me the willingness to walk toward the freedom that comes from living at peace with God, myself, and others. The Father desires reconciliation, not isolation, and Jesus shows me that healing relationships often requires humility, forgiveness, and change.
Prayer
Father God, help me become willing to do whatever is needed to live in peace and freedom. Through Your Holy Spirit, show me where I need to change and where I need to seek reconciliation. Shape my life through the example of Jesus, and lead me out of isolation and into deeper relationships with You and others. Amen.
