Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will look for ways to help without expecting anything in return. I will listen, serve, and show up where I am needed. Even small acts of care break the cycle of self-centered thinking.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

The Father leads me into a life that is outward, not inward. Jesus lived for others, not for Himself. The Holy Spirit redirects my focus, freeing me from self-obsession and filling me with purpose. As I serve with humility, I find peace and a steady sense of meaning.

Prayer

Father God, turn my focus outward today. Through Your Holy Spirit, help me see the needs around me and respond with love and service. Shape my life through the example of Jesus, and lead me into peace and purpose. Amen.
