Today, I will not let my problems take over my thinking. When frustration rises, I will step back and shift my focus. I will remind myself that my perspective, not just my situation, needs adjustment.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

The Father uses humility to steady my heart. Jesus shows me that strength is not found in control, but in surrender. The Holy Spirit lifts my focus off myself and places it back on God. As I ask for humility, I find that peace begins to return, and my life regains its balance.

Prayer

Father, give me the gift of humility today. Through Your Holy Spirit, lift my focus off myself and restore balance in my life. Shape my heart through the example of Jesus, and lead me into peace and serenity. Amen.
