Peace grows when I take responsibility for my part and release the rest.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, when something disturbs me, I will pause and look inward before reacting outward. I will ask where I may have been impatient, fearful, or self-centered. Owning my part brings clarity and keeps me from escalating the situation.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

The Father meets me in honesty. Jesus teaches me to live without defensiveness. The Holy Spirit reveals what is true in me and gives me the grace to release it. As I surrender my defects, even if the situation does not change, something in me does. That is where peace begins.

Prayer

Father God, help me see my part clearly today. Through Your Holy Spirit, reveal what needs to change in me and give me the humility to release it. Shape my heart through the example of Jesus, and lead me into peace and serenity. Amen.
