Freedom begins where control ends. When I accept what I cannot change, I release the constant tension of trying to manage everything.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will stop fighting battles that are not mine to win. I will focus on what I can do and release what I cannot control. Acceptance is not giving up. It is choosing peace over constant struggle.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I trust the Father and follow Christ, the Holy Spirit teaches me to be still and let God be God. In that surrender, I find a deeper freedom. Over time, peace replaces conflict, and I no longer feel the need to fight everything around me.

Prayer

Father, teach me to let go of what I cannot control. Through Your Spirit, lead me into the peace and freedom that come from trusting You and following Your Son. Amen.
