Fear may always visit, but it does not have to take over. The choice between fear and faith is often made in the moment.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, when fear rises, I will acknowledge it without letting it define my response. I will not expect to eliminate fear completely. Instead, I will choose a steady action rooted in trust rather than panic.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I place my fears before the Father, the Holy Spirit strengthens my faith. Following Christ, I learn that trust is not the absence of fear, but the decision to rely on God in the midst of it. Over time, faith becomes my anchor, holding me steady in both difficulty and joy.

Prayer

Father, help me choose faith when fear rises. Through Your Spirit, strengthen my trust and guide me to walk confidently in the path of Your Son. Amen.
