Change requires more than awareness. It requires willingness. I may see what needs to go, but freedom comes when I am ready to release it.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will ask myself an honest question: Am I truly willing to change, or am I holding onto something familiar? I will take a step toward letting go, even if it is small. Willingness often begins before readiness.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I come before the Father with an open heart, the Holy Spirit works where I cannot. Following Christ, I learn that transformation begins with surrender. I do not have to change myself alone. I need only be willing, and God begins the work within me.

Prayer

Father, make me willing to let go of what holds me back. Through Your Spirit, shape my heart for change and lead me into the life You are calling me to through Your Son. Amen.
