Resentment clouds the heart and disrupts peace. When I hold onto it, I distance myself from the very presence that brings clarity and rest.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will notice where resentment is taking root. I will not justify holding onto it. Instead, I will bring it into the open and begin the process of releasing it, even if only in small steps.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

The more I know the Father, the more peace settles within me. As I follow Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to work in my heart, resentment loses its grip. Peace is not something I manufacture. It is something I receive as I draw near to God.

Prayer

Father, draw me closer to You. Through Your Spirit, remove the resentment within me and lead me into the peace that comes from walking in the way of Your Son. Amen.
