Humility is not humiliation. It is the freedom to see myself clearly and accept what is true without exaggeration or denial.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will stop trying to be more or less than I am. I will not hide behind image or comparison. I will be honest about my life with someone I trust, knowing that truth leads to freedom, not shame.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I stand honestly before the Father, the Holy Spirit forms a steady identity within me. Following Christ, I no longer need to prove my worth or hide my flaws. Over time, I learn that I am fully known and still deeply loved, and that is enough.

Prayer

Father, help me accept who I am with honesty and humility. Through Your Spirit, free me from comparison and shape me into the person You created me to be in Christ. Amen.
