Pride keeps the soul restless. When I carry everything alone, I remain burdened. Peace begins when I stop hiding and allow myself to be known.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will release the weight of self-protection. I do not have to carry my struggles in isolation. Honest confession—to God, to myself, and to someone I trust—creates space for relief and clarity.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

When I humble myself before the Father, the Holy Spirit brings a deep sense of peace. Following the example of Christ, who lived in complete openness and surrender, I find that humility is not humiliation—it is rest. Over time, I discover a steady place within, grounded in truth and held by grace.

Prayer

Father, bring me into a place of peace. Through Your Spirit, help me release what I have been carrying and lead me into the rest that comes from living honestly before You. Amen.
