Truth should never be used as a weapon. Growth requires honesty about myself, but always with care and respect toward others.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will take responsibility for my own actions without exposing or blaming others unnecessarily. I will speak truthfully, but with wisdom, making sure my pursuit of healing does not come at someone else’s expense.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

As I follow Christ, who was both truthful and compassionate, the Holy Spirit shapes my words and intentions. The Father teaches me that real maturity holds both honesty and love together. Over time, I learn to walk in truth that heals rather than harms.

Prayer

Father, guide my words and actions today. Through Your Spirit, help me live honestly while honoring others, and shape me in the truth and love of Your Son. Amen.
