What I hold back continues to hold me. Healing begins when I stop filtering the truth and allow what’s buried to come into the light.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will choose honesty without reservation. I will not protect certain parts of my story out of fear or pride. Sharing openly with someone I trust allows pressure to release and clarity to take its place.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

When I bring everything before the Father, the Holy Spirit begins to untangle what has been bound for years. As I follow Christ, who invites us into truth, hidden burdens lose their power. Over time, what once felt overwhelming gives way to peace and steady freedom.

Prayer

Father, give me courage to hold nothing back. Through Your Spirit, bring healing to what I have hidden, and lead me into the freedom found in the truth of Your Son. Amen.
