The Stone
Love and tolerance are not sentimental ideas. They are disciplines. If I want spiritual growth, I cannot afford to carry resentment and still expect peace.
Ripple One: Practical
Today, I will examine where I am holding onto offense. I may not feel ready to forgive, but I can begin by releasing the desire to replay the injury. I will choose not to rehearse bitterness. I will ask for help in letting go.
Ripple Two: Spiritual
When I forgive, Christ forms freedom in me. Resentment loses its grip, and my heart becomes lighter. Over time, love becomes less of a reaction and more of a posture—a steady reflection of the grace I have received.
Prayer
Jesus, teach me to forgive from the heart. Free me from resentment, and shape my life through love, patience, and mercy. Amen.
