The Stone
Skepticism often fades not through argument, but through experience. Prayer may feel awkward at first, even unnecessary. But when practiced honestly and consistently, something shifts.
Ripple One: Practical
Today, I will pray—even if it feels imperfect. I will speak honestly to God, without polished words or religious performance. I won’t wait until I feel spiritual. I’ll simply show up, daily, and let the habit take root.
Ripple Two: Spiritual
When I pray, Jesus meets me in the quiet. Prayer does not always change circumstances, but it changes my posture. Over time, anxiety softens, clarity grows, and I become more aware that I am not walking alone. Prayer works because it draws me into communion with the One who sustains me.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, teach me to pray with honesty and trust. Shape my heart in Your presence, and steady me through the simple faith of daily conversation with You. Amen.
