My will is not the enemy—but misused, it becomes destructive. When I try to force outcomes, I create tension and frustration. Peace begins when my will aligns with something wiser than my impulses.

Today, I will stop trying to overpower my problems. Instead of forcing a solution, I’ll pause and ask for direction. I will take the next step with humility, trusting that I don’t always see the full picture.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

When I bring my will into alignment with God’s, He forms steadiness in me. Striving gives way to trust. Over time, I learn that guidance is not about controlling the outcome—but about walking faithfully through whatever comes.

God, guide my will today. Keep me from forcing what isn’t meant to fit, and shape my steps through trust, patience, and obedience. Amen.
