The Stone
Spiritual growth is often recognized after it is already underway.
Ripple One: Practical
Today, I will pay attention to changes I may be overlooking. Relief from chaos, a calmer outlook, or healthier responses are not accidents. I do not need a dramatic label or sudden certainty to acknowledge progress. If my life is more stable, connected, or meaningful than it once was, something real is happening, even if I cannot fully explain it yet.
Ripple Two: Spiritual
Spiritual awareness grows with practice, not proclamation. Prayer, reflection, and living sound principles slowly reshape the inner life. Over time, peace and belonging replace emptiness. Faith often arrives quietly, revealed in the way life feels and functions, long before it is named.
Prayer
God, help me notice the work already being done in me. Give me awareness of growth that comes quietly and patience to trust what is unfolding. Amen.
