Today, I will remember that being fully beaten does not mean being beyond help. When self-will and obsession finally collapse, clarity can follow. I do not need to relive every fear or failure to learn from them. Admitting I cannot fix myself opens the door to a healthier way of living. Humility is not humiliation. It is the honest recognition that my way alone led me into darkness.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

When I ask for help with sincerity, something shifts. God does not demand perfection, only willingness. Faith can arrive quietly in moments of exhaustion and honesty. As fear loosens its grip, sanity returns and trust begins to grow. I am no longer driven by obsession. I am guided toward a life marked by steadiness, courage, and peace.

Prayer

God, help me remain humble and open today. When fear or old obsessions return, remind me that I do not walk alone. Restore my trust and guide me along a healthier path. Amen.
