February 4-Returning to Trust

The Stone

When faith feels broken, persistence can carry me until belief begins to heal.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will be honest about disappointment and doubt without letting them drive my choices. Losing faith can harden the heart and push me toward extremes, either defiance or despair. Still, I do not have to feel hopeful to keep showing up. Continuing to do what is healthy and proven, even when it feels empty, is a form of wisdom. Consistency can support me when conviction is missing.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

Faith does not always return quickly or dramatically. Sometimes it revives quietly through patience, repetition, and community. When I remain willing to stay connected, God works beneath the surface, softening what has grown bitter or numb. Trust can be rebuilt, not by force, but by staying present long enough for life to prove itself again.

Prayer

God, when faith feels distant, help me stay willing. Carry me when belief is weak and soften my heart with time and truth. Restore trust in Your way, even if it comes slowly. Amen.
