Rape: ‘I will win’, says Princess as Baba Ijesa gets bail

Popular comedienne turn actress, Damilola Adekoya, popularly known as Princess, has broken her silence to react to report suggesting that a fellow actor, Mr. Olanrewaju James, popularly known as Baba Ijesha has secured bail from prolonged detention.

Reacting to the news in a post on her verified Instagram handle, Princess wrote a lengthy piece titled “I will win”.

Omiyinka who was reported to have allegedly defiled Princess foster daughter, has been granted bail by the police on Monday following popular outcry.

He was arrested by the police over a month ago on allegation of defiling a minor.  

His health has deteriorated in detention as he has not yet been arraigned in court over the alleged defilement.

Reacting to the development, Princess wrote, “I will win, not immediately but definitely.”

According to Princess, God does not as well as loved children, adding “Say no to child defilement, say no to rape and say something if you see something.”
