March 30 – Listening Together

The Stone

What feels good in the moment is not always what is best in the long run. Wisdom grows when we are willing to listen—not just to our own instincts, but to the voices around us.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will hold my opinions with humility. In conversations and decisions, I will listen carefully and weigh what serves the greater good, not just what satisfies me. I will resist the urge to push for what is merely convenient.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

When I choose humility over control, Christ forms discernment in me. I learn that leadership is service, and strength is often expressed through restraint. Over time, I discover that God frequently speaks through shared wisdom, shaping me into someone who values what is best over what is merely good.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, give me a listening heart. Guard me from settling for less than what You desire, and teach me to walk in humility, wisdom, and shared grace. Amen.
