The Stone
A heart filled with gratitude leaves little room for ego. When I truly remember what has been given to me, pride softens and love begins to flow outward.
Ripple One: Practical
Today, I will name what I have received—sobriety, peace, restored relationships, second chances. I will not treat them as entitlements. I will look for ways to give back what was freely given to me, whether through service, encouragement, or quiet faithfulness.
Ripple Two: Spiritual
When I live with thanksgiving, God forms humility and generosity in me. Gratitude becomes more than a feeling; it becomes a posture. Over time, my life reflects the grace I have received, and love naturally moves from my heart into the lives of others.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, fill my heart with gratitude today. Guard me from pride, and let the grace You have given me overflow in love and service to others. Amen.
