February 24-Gratitude

Gratitude First

The Stone

A thankful heart doesn’t leave much room for ego. When I start from gratitude, everything else softens—my pride, my fear, my need to prove or defend. Gratitude clears the way for love.

Ripple One: Practical

Today, I will begin with thanks. Before I rush into doing or fixing, I will name what is good, true, and undeserved. I will carry that posture into how I speak, respond, and treat others—especially when things feel difficult or slow.

Ripple Two: Spiritual

When I lead with gratitude, God forms humility and connection in me. I remember that I’m not the source of what sustains me. Over time, a thankful heart becomes a steady heart, and the grace I’ve received begins to flow outward.

Prayer

God, thank You for this life, this day, this path. Keep me rooted in gratitude, and shape my heart through humility, joy, and love. Amen.
