Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa on Tuesday.
Addressing newsmen shortly after he met with the president behind closed doors, Ortom maintained that the attack on him was real and not fabricated.
He expressed sadness about those who doubted the incident, wondering what benefit he would derive from raising a false allegation.
The meeting came three days after Ortom’s convoy was attacked while on his way to his farm.

The governor told reporters that he did not pray that his worst enemy passes through what he went through.
